Manufactured/Mobile Home Service Contracts

Whether you are purchasing a new or previously owned manufactured/mobile home, it makes sense to have an assurance that everything in your home will give you years of trouble-free living. Sometimes things do go wrong, and that’s where our service contracts make all the difference.

Service contracts fall under one of two categories:

For NEW homes, service contracts can be obtained up to the (11th) eleventh month after the original purchase of the home. The service contract takes over after the manufacturer’s original one-year warranty expires and offers your additional protection for your investment. All of the protected parts of the home are detailed in the service contract.

For PREVIOUSLY OWNED homes, service contracts can be obtained on homes up to 20 years old. Unfortunately, sometimes when you purchase a previously owned home you may also be purchasing someone else’s problems. Obtaining a service contract for your used home protects you against any major defects that may develop. Once again, all of the protected parts are detailed in the service contract.
